- At least 4 years of experience in .NET technologies (preferably win forms)
- At least 3 year of experience in Database PL/ SQL (Oracle or Sybase)
- Strong Analytical and strong communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of developers.
- At least 2 year of experience in Development Projects
- At least 2 year of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Tuning
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
- At least 1 year of experience in any one of the agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Capital Markets domain
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
