Company Description
Backed by leading climate and American dynamism investors, Terranova builds intelligent robotic systems to terraform the Earth itself: lifting land, restoring wetlands, and protecting critical infrastructure from floods and sea-level rise.
Our mission is to preserve the built environment, create new habitats, and usher in an era of abundance. Our work supports climate resilience, disaster recovery, and defense across the United States and beyond.
We're assembling a world-class team that wants to work on something real, physical, and civilization-scale. If you want your work to reshape the world (literally), this is the place to do it.
The Deal
You're a strong engineer. You're also mid-degree and wondering if the degree is worth finishing. We think the best engineers learn by building, not sitting in lectures. So here's the offer.
Drop out and join us as an Associate Engineer for 6 months. You build real hardware that ships to the field from day one.
After 6 months, we bump you to the exact salary we'd have paid you as a full engineer with the degree in hand. You skip the tuition, skip the debt, skip two more years of problem sets, and come out with real systems under your belt and full pay.
The degree was going to get you a job. We're the job. We just cut out the wait.
Open to Embedded Systems Engineer and Mechanical Engineer candidates. Review the Embedded or Mechanical job descriptions to see what the work looks like. If it's something you want, apply.
