Job Description

Functional Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013. Experience in other CRM packages like Salesforce, Siebel a plus.

Proficient on CRM Business Processes in Service management , Sales Force Automation and Marketing automation 

Experience with Banking and Financial services customers a plus

Excellent experience in working with business stakeholders and SMEs in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements including reporting and interface requirements

Excellent experience in documenting use cases, business rules, business process workflows and high level wire frames

Experience in maintaining requirement traceability matrix

Excellent communication, documentation and articulation skills including giving presentations and demo to business and IT

Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support

Analyze client’s business requirements for CRM, work with tech lead to perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions 

Bridge between business and IT and guide development team on requirements and functional aspects

Develop test scenarios, review and evaluate test cases for completeness and accuracy and perform functional testing of the implemented CRM system

Assist business SMEs on user acceptance testing

Experience in preparing end user training materials 

Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective

Client facing, assertive, excellent communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Higher degree is required
