Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an ecommerce business. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in Shopify, social media platforms, and ad management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertising: Create and run Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads for a Shopify ecommerce store.

  • Social Media Management: Handle Instagram (IG) and Facebook by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance.

  • Administrative Support: Process orders, answer emails, and manage customer inquiries.



RequirementsRequired Tools & Platforms:
  • Shopify

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and engagement strategies.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
