About the Role

We are building a fast-growing AI-powered logistics and marketplace platform focused on transforming workplace food and office services. Our platform connects restaurants, operations, and enterprise customers through technology-driven workflows and user experiences.

We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) with strong Marketplace and UX/UI thinking who can deeply understand users, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to build intuitive and scalable products.

As a Product Owner, you will own product execution end-to-end across marketplace and internal operational products. You will work closely with engineers, designers, operations, and leadership to identify pain points, define product requirements, improve UX/UI flows, and launch impactful features quickly.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with hands-on execution, especially in marketplace platforms, operational systems, and user experience optimization.

ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Execution
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company objectives.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and iteration.
  • Develop product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
User Experience & Customer Insights
  • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Continuously optimize user experience through research, testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve UX/UI experience across customer-facing and internal products
AI & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve user experience, internal workflows, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and launch AI-powered features and automation solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including LLMs, AI Agents, workflow automation, and other AI-driven tools.
  • Promote AI adoption across product development and business processes.
Data & Analytics
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Establish KPIs and success measurements for product initiatives.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize outcomes.

QualificationsRequired
  • 1+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
  • Experience working on Marketplace, SaaS, Operations, or Platform products
  • Strong UX/UI sense and user-centered thinking
  • Ability to create clear workflows, wireframes, and product documentation
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • High ownership mindset and execution capability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred
  • Experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, FoodTech, Logistics, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and product development. AI-native mindset or experience using AI tools in product workflows
  • Experience building products in startup or high-growth environments.
