We leverage unparalleled programmatic expertise to position, manage, and monetize over 100,000 digital screens across 30+ venue types, including billboards, retail, point-of-care, gas stations, residential, office, and transit environments in every major market in the continental U.S.

Our team of sales professionals, programmatic experts, media operations specialists, and marketers works closely with media owners to maximize revenue and with agencies and brands to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns. We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team building the connective tissue of the programmatic DOOH ecosystem.

The Opportunity

Screenverse is continuing to expand its national sales footprint, and the East Coast Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving growth across one of our most strategic regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building relationships with agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buyers.

You will act as an ambassador for Screenverse, evangelizing our portfolio of DOOH solutions while owning pipeline development, deal execution, and long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing.

  • Develop new business across agencies, brands, and programmatic buying teams.

  • Expand existing accounts through upsells, cross-network packages, and PMP activations.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on programmatic DOOH strategy and planning.

  • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase share of wallet.

Sales Strategy Execution
  • Translate Screenverse’s value proposition into solutions tailored to client objectives.

  • Position PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Exchange opportunities effectively.

  • Collaborate with leadership on vertical strategies and key account plans.

Pipeline Development and Forecasting
  • Proactively identify and qualify opportunities across the East Coast region.

  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline within Salesforce.

  • Provide reliable forecasting and activity reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Client Strategy, Marketing, Supply Partnerships, and Operations teams.

  • Ensure smooth campaign execution and strong client outcomes.

  • Share feedback and market insights to inform product, packaging, and positioning.

Market Intelligence
  • Stay informed on DOOH trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging programmatic opportunities.

  • Bring insights from the field back to the broader sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications and SkillsRequired

Location

  • Based on the East Coast, ideally in a major media market such as New York, Boston, Miami, or Atlanta.

Experience

  • 3 to 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in programmatic advertising, DOOH, or a related media industry.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Programmatic Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of programmatic transaction types including PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Exchange.

  • Familiarity with agency and advertiser buying dynamics.

Relationship Builder

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Empathetic, consultative selling style focused on client outcomes.

Execution Focused

  • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills.

Preferred
  • Existing relationships with East Coast agencies, brands, or programmatic buyers.

  • Experience with DOOH, CTV, retail media, or other omnichannel environments.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Salary
  • Base salary range: $85,000 to $120,000, with a variable plan of equivalent size at target.

  • Expected total on-target earnings (OTE): $170,000 to $240,000.

  • Compensation is based on experience, location, skills, and market factors.
