Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role addresses the challenge of maximizing customer lifetime value within a complex digital ecosystem by transforming the "My Account" experience into a primary revenue driver. The specialist solves the problem of static customer journeys by implementing data-driven, personalized monetization strategies that bridge the gap between technical operations and strategic business goals. By orchestrating cross-functional efforts across product and design teams, this individual ensures that every digital interaction actively contributes to increased ARPU and device upgrade rates.

  • Actionable monetization initiatives that directly increase digital sales and maximize ARPU across app and web platforms
  • Targeted customer segments that deliver personalized, high-conversion offers to logged-in users
  • Optimized user experiences achieved through seamless partnership with Ecommerce Operations and AEM authors to translate metrics into content enhancements
  • Data-driven recommendations for sustainable growth derived from rigorous tracking of monetization KPIs and performance analytics
  • Improved feature adoption and customer loyalty resulting from strategic enhancements to the My Account customer journey
  • Advanced AI application to automate segment identification and predict customer response patterns for promotional campaigns

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies
  • Critical experience leading growth initiatives within digital sales, e-commerce operations, or CRM environments
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and business intelligence using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Google applications
  • Collaborative expertise to advocate for monetization needs and influence outcomes across Product, Design, and Pricing teams
  • AI Literacy and the ability to leverage generative AI tools to streamline content ideation and strategic planning
  • Results-oriented adaptability to thrive and maintain momentum within a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape
  • Professional communication skills required to present complex monetization tactics to diverse cross-functional stakeholders

Additional Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Previous experience or deep familiarity with the Telecommunications or Wireless industry

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce operations, or CRM
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
