Role Overview:

The Ecosystem Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the funnel that attracts, engages, and supports a growing community of innovative and ambitious builders within the Vana ecosystem. This role combines strategic planning with operational execution to create a seamless journey for developers and founders from initial awareness to active participation in building DataDAOs, decentralized AI applications, and other innovations that grow adoption of the Vana Network.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Funnel Development & Optimization:

    1. Design and implement a comprehensive builder funnel, from outreach and onboarding to engagement and retention.

    2. Analyze and refine the builder journey to maximize participation, satisfaction, and output quality.

  2. Community Engagement:

    1. Develop targeted initiatives to attract founders, developers, data scientists, and creators into the ecosystem.

    2. Collaborate with marketing, community, product and developer relations teams to craft messaging and campaigns tailored to builder personas.

  3. Program Management:

    1. Oversee programs like hackathons, accelerator cohorts, and workshops to nurture and support builders.

    2. Create resources, tools, and guides to enable successful onboarding and ongoing contributions.

  4. Data-Driven Insights:

    1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as builder conversion rates, retention, and project outcomes.

    2. Use insights to continuously improve the funnel and its touchpoints.

  5. Ecosystem Partnerships:

    1. Establish partnerships with educational institutions, tech communities, and developer networks to expand reach.

    2. Identify and engage with top contributors, amplifying their impact as role models within the ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in program or project management, preferably in Web3, SaaS, or tech ecosystems.

  2. Familiarity with developer communities, decentralized technologies, AI and blockchain ecosystems.

  3. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a talent for fostering collaboration.

  4. Analytical mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.

  5. Proven ability to drive community engagement and program success at scale.

This role is pivotal in scaling Vana’s ecosystem by empowering builders to innovate and create a decentralized future for the AI data economy.

This is a full-time permanent position starting immediately.
