About Us
Gumloop is the piece of AI infrastructure companies roll out to let everyone build agents securely. Let people who understand the problem build and share agents, manage their access to data, choose your AI models and host it all in your own cloud.
We're a very small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale operations and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.
Role OverviewGumloop is an agent-first platform where people build and use AI agents that work across their apps. We have a fast-growing community of builders — founders, operators, and makers — who come to us to get powerful things done with AI. And they need a teacher.
As our first Education Lead, you'll own how Gumloop users learn: from the moment they sign up to the moment they're sharing agents they’ve created across their team. You'll design and deliver live educational experiences — cohorts, webinars, workshops — and build the async content library that supports them in between.
We're looking for someone who treats teaching as a craft: who designs for the aha moment, makes content people want to share, and runs cohorts that learners are genuinely glad they joined, so much so they invite their colleagues to the next one.
What You'll DoOwn Gumloop's live educational program — cohorts, webinars, and workshops — from curriculum design to delivery
Build and maintain async content that supports learners between live sessions: written guides, video walkthroughs, and templates
Develop learning paths for different user segments (beginners, power users, enterprise teams) and functions (Gumloop for marketing, for sales, for operations etc.)
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community to align education with launches and feature releases
Define and track success metrics: activation rates, session completion, feature adoption post-education
Experiment with format, cadence, and delivery to find what actually moves users forward
Build reusable educational assets and systems that scale without requiring you to be in every room
Proven experience teaching technology to a live audience — DevRel, YouTube education, technical training, or similar
Strong sense of how to structure a learning experience: clear sequencing, relevant examples, pacing that works
Comfort with AI tools and genuine curiosity about how they work — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be a builder
The ability to read a room (or a Zoom) and adjust on the fly
Ownership mentality: you notice what's broken and fix it without being asked
Familiarity (and love for) with Gumloop, automation platforms, or AI agent tooling
3–5 years in a content education, developer education, technical training, or DevRel role
Video production or editing experience (Osmo, Screenflow, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Experience building certification or structured learning programs
YouTube channel or public teaching portfolio
Highly competitive salary and meaningful equity
Generous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need
$350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best
15 days of temporary remote work flexibility per year
401k match up to 6%
