This is a 60-day temporary position supporting data collection efforts. You'll be responsible for collecting high-quality data by following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining consistency across tasks, and helping ensure our datasets meet quality standards. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new workflows quickly.
What You'll DoPerform data collection tasks by following written SOPs and project guidelines.
Set up workstations, objects, and equipment according to task requirements.
Complete assigned collection tasks accurately and consistently.
Report issues, equipment problems, or unclear instructions to project leads.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
Adapt to new tasks and SOP updates as projects evolve.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Able to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn new workflows and accept feedback.
Able to lift and move light objects and remain standing or moving throughout the shift as needed.
Complete all required onboarding and training.
Follow SOPs exactly as written.
Consistently meet quality standards and productivity goals.
Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
Be open to coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety policies and company guidelines.
Accuracy and consistency of collected data.
