Department Overview
Innovate and develop intelligent smart battery, charger, and power supply solutions for highly sophisticated two-way communication and security video systems used in professional and mission-critical environments across commercial, government, and industrial markets.
Job Description
  • Participate in new product development from concept to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and analyze electrical circuits for battery charging, power supply, and related systems, meeting customer requirements and safety standards.

  • Perform electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).

  • Support prototype and pilot builds, ensuring proper functionality and performance.

  • Conduct electrical verification testing based on product specifications and generate detailed test reports.

  • Release electrical prints and parts qualification reports.

  • Evaluate complex components and develop test procedures and fixtures to ensure compliance with functional specifications.

  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of designs, analyzing results and collaborating with senior engineers.

  • Develop necessary instrumentation skills and learn industry-specific standards for electrical designs.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including schematic design and circuit analysis.

  • Experience with battery and charger design and testing is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for learning and a drive to deliver high-quality results.
