Job Description
  • Product development: Drive the design, development and delivery of innovative, high quality and reliable audio accessories. 

  • Team leadership: Lead and manage EE engineers, focus on talent development.

  • Innovation: Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, encourage the team to explore new technologies, understand customer needs, and challenge status quo.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with program manager, product management, software and mechanical engineering, suppliers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence strategic priorities, ensure seamless integration, and a cohesive product strategy.

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to prototyping to production and post-launch support.

Basic Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.

  • Min 7 years in electrical/audio engineering related field.

  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and Audio engineering design, including RF.

  • Proven track record of successful issue solving.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Visionary, high ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities.
