As an Electrical Engineers, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-powered solutions for the electrical engineering sector. You will leverage your expertise to bridge the gap between traditional electrical engineering concepts and emerging artificial intelligence applications.

- Mentor and guide team members in upskilling, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible materials for diverse audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and electrical engineering to inform training content.
- Foster effective written and verbal communication within the team, ensuring knowledge transfer and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and modern AI technologies.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
- Proficient with AI tools, simulation software, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI solutions within electrical engineering projects.
- Background in curriculum development for technical audiences.
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or instructional design.
