You Are:

You Have:
  • Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment,  and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). Understanding of NEC, resi and commercial electrical construction and project designs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Schedule:
  • Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Your Contribution to Regent5:
  • Primary Point of Contacts: Home Owners, GC, In-House Staff, Architect, Rep, Other Trades
  • Scope of Work: Understand, prepare estimates, assist and deliver bid packages, troubleshoot as needed
  • Project Timeline: Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating, Arrange Resources
  • Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
  • Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
  • Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team (electrical, energy, automation)
  • Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
  • Implement: high/medium-voltage power distribution & electrical deployments.
  • Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
  • Leadership:  Be the leader and support the team in the field

Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Residential and commercial single-phase & three-phase (200A - 2000A)
  • Core understanding of battery backup systems and photovoltaic systems
  • Designing and working with system voltages ranging from 120V to 480V
  • Proficient in ProCore, Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam
