Manage electrical construction projects for high-end residential and light commercial builds. Prepare estimates and bid packages, plan and schedule work, coordinate resources and trades, enforce quality control, manage change orders, ensure project profitability, read and distribute plans, and implement medium/high-voltage electrical systems on site.
You Are:

You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment, and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). Understanding of NEC, resi and commercial electrical construction and project designs. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Scope of Work: Understand, prepare estimates, assist and deliver bid packages, troubleshoot as needed

- Implement: high/medium-voltage power distribution & electrical deployments.

- Leadership: Be the leader and support the team in the field
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Residential and commercial single-phase & three-phase (200A - 2000A)
- Core understanding of battery backup systems and photovoltaic systems
- Designing and working with system voltages ranging from 120V to 480V
- Proficient in ProCore, Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam
