This role is onsite 5 days a week in Milpitas

About the Program 

The Emerging Leaders Track at Weee! is a highly selective, results-driven leadership development program built to fast-track high-potential individuals into future leadership roles. Unlike traditional rotational programs, this track offers a customized path based on each participant’s strengths, interests, and the evolving needs of our business.

We’re investing in future leaders who demonstrate performance, adaptability, and the ambition to grow within the organization. Over the course of 3–5 years, participants will take on real, mission-critical roles across departments, developing the skills and insights necessary to lead in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

Duration: 3-5 years Program as a full-time employee

Location:  Initial placement in California or New Jersey, with mobility required for rotations at other Weee! locations nationwide.

Mentorship: Ongoing mentorship and guidance from senior executives throughout the program, ensuring meaningful development and exposure to strategic leadership.

Responsibilities 

  • Take full ownership of each rotational role, contributing to key business outcomes and exceeding performance expectations
  • Quickly learn and adapt to different functions (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Data)
  • Drive impact through hands-on execution, critical thinking, and data-informed decision making
  • Demonstrate leadership potential in each assignment by influencing cross-functional teams and taking initiative
  • Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to continuously grow throughout the program
  • Collaborate with mentors, peers, and senior leaders to develop a broad understanding of Weee!’s business
  • Embrace mobility and flexibility in assignments based on evolving business needs
  • Prepare for future leadership roles by building a track record of results, resilience, and strategic insight

Qualifications

  • MBA degree is required
  • 3–5 years of work experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or mission-driven environments
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a track record of delivering results
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability and resilience
  • Willingness to relocate based on rotational needs
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
  • Regularly required to bend, twist, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (e.g., freezer, cooler environments)
  • Flexible work schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to 140,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
