Role Summary:

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to lead the moments that shape how employees experience Notable from their first day and throughout everyday interactions and connection. In this role, you'll own new hire onboarding logistics, coordinate People programs, and support office events that bring our teams together. You'll partner closely with IT, Facilities, Finance, and Recruiting to keep programs organized and on brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on details and wants to see the direct impact of their work on how people feel about coming to work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the new hire onboarding experience end-to-end; coordinating orientation schedules, welcome materials, and handoffs with IT and Facilities so every new hire has a consistent, welcoming first day.

  • Support the People Programs team in delivering on People Team Initiatives including performance cycles, engagement surveys, Notable University, and company internal events

  • Learn from the People Systems team to become the systems owner of our HRIS (Rippling) as well as other People Team Systems such as Confirm, Complete, Sparrow, etc.

  • Serve as a go-to point of contact for employees with questions about onboarding, employee lifecycle, etc.

  • Work with the workplace team to create an engaging work environment for our employees

You’re a Great Fit if:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in employee experience, HR operations, event planning, or workplace/office coordination.

  • You're organized and hands-on, ready to dive into a task and be the point person for communicating small details to various stakeholders

  • You can juggle multiple timelines at once without losing track of details.

  • You communicate clearly and bring a strong service orientation to every interaction.

  • You take ownership and follow through, even on the unglamorous logistics that make programs run well.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience coordinating new hire onboarding programs

  • Experience with building office cultures

  • Familiarity with HRIS or similar People Team tools/systems
