About Fluidstack

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.

We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

How We Operate
  • Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.

  • Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.

  • First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.

  • Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.

The People Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

  • Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we're not slowing down. You'll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them.

  • Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn't scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You'll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number.

  • Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn't happen on its own. You'll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi-site team that's growing fast bound to a shared culture.

Role Scope
  • Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from offer acceptance through a new hire's first 30 days, coordinating EE Partners, IT, and Workplace so no step gets missed.

  • Run visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees, tracking petitions, renewals, and deadlines in partnership with outside counsel.

  • Coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries, managing vendors, timelines, and the details that determine whether a move lands cleanly or badly.

  • Run the performance management cycle end to end: calibration prep, cycle logistics, and the systems that keep managers and employees on schedule.

  • Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework, keeping job architecture consistent as new roles and teams get added.

What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

  • You've owned an onboarding or immigration process end to end and can point to a specific case where your follow-through prevented a dropped ball.

  • You've navigated visa or immigration cases, or a similarly deadline-driven, high-stakes administrative process, and understand how much precision that work demands.

  • You've coordinated a relocation or logistics effort involving multiple vendors and stakeholders, and stayed the person accountable when something slipped.

  • You've supported or run a performance management cycle and know where the process actually breaks: missed deadlines, ambiguous ratings, unprepared managers.

  • You've worked with or helped build a leveling framework and can explain why job architecture matters beyond compensation.

  • You're reliable and organized. When you own a process, nothing gets dropped, and you can back that up with specifics.

Bonus: Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms. Experience with multi-country or multi-entity employment administration. Background in a regulated industry where compliance rigor was non-negotiable.

Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).

  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

Total compensation may also include equity in the form of restricted stock units.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
