In this position...
You’ll play a vital role in developing the culture that empowers people to work together and create the impossible.
We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates, and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. As our Global Employer Brand Creative Lead, you’ll bring that ambition to life through hands-on design. You’ll contribute ideas, spot opportunities, and move quickly from concept to finished work.
This is a hands-on design role. You will personally design and produce the work, not just direct it. You’ll participate in ideation, propose solutions, and make creative decisions in partnership with teams across Ford’s regions.
During the interview, please be prepared to share employer brand and recruitment marketing work you personally designed across career sites, social media, digital campaigns, print, and events. We’ll ask how your ideas contributed to a global employer brand strategy and how you used website data to identify an opportunity, recommend a change, and improve the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Develop creative ideas that reinforce Ford’s employer brand and help people discover career opportunities.
- Design career site pages, recruitment landing pages, social content, digital campaigns, print materials, event experiences, and booth graphics.

- Improve the Ford Careers experience so job seekers can explore career areas, find relevant roles, and move toward applying.
- Adapt Ford’s global employer value proposition for different audiences and regions while ensuring all work meets Ford enterprise brand standards.
- Analyze career site performance and candidate feedback across the job seeker journey, from site visit and job exploration through apply start and completed application.
- Connect trends, tell a clear story with the data, and recommend design or content changes that can be tested and measured.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
You'll have…
Education:
- Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- 8+ years of digital design experience, personally designing and producing work across websites, social media, and digital campaigns, with the range to carry an idea through print and event applications.
- 8+ years of employer brand experience, turning brand strategy into creative work that attracts relevant talent and adapting a consistent brand idea across audiences, career areas, and regions.
- 5+ years of experience with website metrics and analytics, including Google Analytics, assessing traffic, behavior, and conversion across the job seeker journey.
- 5+ years of experience designing or improving career sites, including job discovery, job detail pages, and the path to application.
- Strong skills in visual design, typography, responsive web design, information hierarchy, and accessibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with the production skills to deliver finished assets and clear specifications.
- A portfolio demonstrating your personal contribution to the work, the thinking behind your ideas, and how your designs supported an employer brand or recruitment marketing goal.
- The initiative to identify opportunities, propose ideas, and work quickly with partners across teams and regions.
- Fluency in English.
Even better if you have…
- Experience working within the automotive, mobility, or a related global consumer brand.
