Qualifications:

We welcome motivated freshmen and sophomores who are curious about accounting and professional services to apply. If you're eager to learn, grow, and connect, Empower is for you!

  • College freshman or sophomore
  • Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • Interest in opportunities within accounting or professional services
  • GPA of 3.0 preferred, but not required
  • Available to participate on the program date
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt in team environments 
  • Engagement in campus organizations, clubs, or leadership roles is a plus
