About you:

You enjoy helping people do their best work and you care about giving teams the support they need to grow. You know the software business well and you are confident working with senior leaders to guide and shape commercial programmes. You like solving problems, building strong relationships and making sure that teams have the right tools, knowledge and confidence to succeed. You are organised, thoughtful and you can bring global ideas into a local setting in a way that makes sense for everyone.
Day-to-day, you will:

• Work closely with leaders in the software business to understand what their teams need and shape clear enablement plans that support their goals.
• Connect global onboarding, product training and sales programmes to the software business, adapting them so they fit the local way of working.
• Deliver engaging sessions across onboarding, product learning, revenue programmes and sales technology, helping people build confidence and skills.
• Support teams in making the most of our sales technology, helping drive adoption, good practice and simple ways of working.
Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience working within a software business and an understanding of how sales, product and revenue teams operate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in project or programme management with the ability to organise, prioritise and deliver.
• A passion for coaching, continuous improvement and helping people succeed.
