Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Enablement Manager will be a force multiplier for our GTM team, owning the strategy and execution of enablement programs that give our Sales and Solutions Engineering (SE) teams the knowledge, tools, and confidence to win in every interaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive alignment between Sales, SE, Marketing, and Product to ensure every pre-sales touchpoint reflects Eleos’ value proposition in behavioral health.
  • Design and lead a world-class onboarding program for Sales teams - ensuring new AEs, AMs, SEs, and SDRs ramp quickly with deep product fluency, market insight, and confidence to engage high-value prospects from day one.
  • Build a scalable enablement framework for onboarding, continuous skill development, and market readiness.
  • Equip the team to deliver clinical, operational, and ROI-focused narratives that resonate with C-suite, clinical leaders, and technical stakeholders in our target markets
  • Leverage best-in-class AI tools and data-driven insights to scale learning, personalize enablement, and continually optimize pre-sales effectiveness.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role; success will be measured by improved win rates, reduced ramp time, and consistent, high-quality prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Sales and SE leadership to define quarterly and annual pre-sales enablement priorities.
  • Develop structured onboarding paths for AE, SE, and SDR roles focused on Eleos’ behavioral health value proposition, product fluency, and competitive differentiation—ensuring measurable ramp speed and retention of critical knowledge.
  • Lead readiness programs for new product launches, market expansions (e.g., SUD, youth mental health), and sales plays.

Content & Tools

  • Collaborate with Product Enablement & Marketing to produce and maintain:
    • Standardized pitch decks & talk tracks
    • Demo scripts and proof-of-concept frameworks
    • ROI & value realization calculators specific to behavioral health
    • Competitive battlecards tailored to market segments
  • Maintain a central enablement hub (e.g., Highspot) with easy access to up-to-date materials.

Skill Development

  • Facilitate interactive workshops on discovery, clinical storytelling, objection handling, and demo excellence.
  • Run certification programs to ensure message consistency across GTM.
  • Partner with Sales Ops & RevOps to track enablement impact on KPIs (win rate, cycle length, deal size, ramp time).

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years in sales enablement, solutions engineering, or related GTM roles (B2B SaaS; health tech or behavioral health a strong plus).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering structured enablement programs for pre-sales functions.
  • Strong facilitation, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and how they apply to complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Familiarity with enablement tech stack (Gong, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, etc.)
  • Ability to translate clinical and operational value into compelling, business-focused narratives.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to measurable revenue outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.

We have

  • A product that positively impacts people's lives every single day.
  • A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
  • The base pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • In addition to your compensation, we offer wide and generous health benefits, significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
  • Flexible PTO + Additional mental health days off you can take any given moment simply because you need them.
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
