The Encompass Administrator Team is responsible for all configuration and customization of the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS) and to assist with the management of ancillary systems and services that are integrated with Encompass. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the loan origination workflow. The Encompass Administrator works closely with the Senior Encompass Admins, Product, and Management to evaluate business processes, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination systems.
What You’ll Do:- Provide frontline user support by troubleshooting and resolving day to day Encompass issues.
- Research and diagnose issues using the Encompass Knowledge Base and by creating/managing cases with ICE Mortgage Technology; escalate as appropriate.
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with the Encompass Systems Administrators and management regarding issues, end user needs and trends
- Maintain Encompass users, roles, profiles, security settings, and loan access settings.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing business rules for data entry, triggers, milestones, and conditions in accordance with approved standards.
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for fixes, enhancements, and projects in collaboration with management, residential lending teammates, and the Encompass Systems Administrator.
- The ideal candidate must exhibit strong teamwork skills, seamlessly integrate with the team, and actively promote the company's core values.
- You will have graduated and your highest level of education is only a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related degree
(Spring 2025/December 2025 New Grads or within 1 year of graduation) - You are available to start working immediately in May 2026
- No more than 2 years of professional full-time work experience (excluding internships and research assistant roles)
- Reside in the United States and attended a university in the US
- Encompass or Blend experience
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and strong time management/ organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the home loans/mortgage industry
- Encompass Admin or ICE Admin certification
