Overview

The End User Training (EUT) Lead is a senior, client-facing consulting role responsible for leading complex end-user enablement and learning programs supporting Blue Yonder supply chain transformations. The EUT Lead partners with client leaders, Organizational Change Management (OCM), project and program management, functional and solution teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, role-based learning programs that build workforce capability and enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

*Location: US-REMOTE with the ability to travel up to 30%

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead EUT programs and workstreams across complex enterprise supply chain transformations.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder interviews, performance assessments, and discovery activities to identify learning and performance requirements.
  • Translate business processes, system functionality, roles, personas, and change impacts into learning objectives, competencies, curricula, and role-based learning paths.
  • Develop EUT strategies, learning architectures, training plans, learning journeys, content plans, delivery strategies, and training readiness plans aligned with business and transformation objectives.
  • Design scalable learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced, digital, video, simulation, scenario-based, job aid, and performance-support approaches.
  • Establish learning design, content development, governance, and quality standards and oversee the development of high-quality learning materials.
  • Apply adult learning, instructional design, learning experience, competency development, performance improvement, and OCM principles to align learning with readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Advise clients on training strategy, content development, train-the-trainer, super-user enablement, instructor readiness, delivery, and post-go-live learning.
  • Partner with functional and solution teams to ensure learning reflects configured solutions, future-state processes, roles, and expected performance.
  • Develop learning assessments, effectiveness measures, and adoption metrics; use data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate business value.
  • Partner with project and program management to integrate EUT milestones, dependencies, resources, environments, and risks into implementation plans.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor EUT consultants and content developers while providing quality oversight across engagements.
  • Build client capability by coaching learning resources to design, deliver, evaluate, and sustain learning programs after implementation.
  • Develop and continuously improve EUT methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, accelerators, and reusable assets based on lessons learned, client feedback, data, and emerging practices.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and development of EUT resources.
  • Support business development through discovery, solution design, estimating, staffing, proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations.
  • Communicate the value of EUT and connect learning investments to workforce readiness, adoption, performance, implementation risk, and value realization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in end-user training, Learning & Development, instructional design, enterprise technology enablement, or related consulting disciplines, including experience leading complex learning programs and teams.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading end-to-end learning programs for enterprise technology implementations or business transformations.
  • Strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, learning needs analysis, performance assessment, curriculum design, role-based learning, content development, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Experience translating business and technology transformation into learning objectives, competencies, curricula, and role-based learning paths.
  • Understanding of OCM principles and experience integrating learning with readiness, communications, adoption, and change strategies.
  • Experience designing a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced, scenario-based, and performance-support learning.
  • Experience establishing learning governance, standards, methodologies, and quality-assurance processes.
  • Experience using learning and adoption data to evaluate effectiveness, performance improvement, and business impact.
  • Experience leading and mentoring instructional designers, content developers, trainers, or EUT consultants.
  • Strong executive communication, consulting, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, business acumen, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project-management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams within Agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting business development, solution design, proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Blue Yonder or other enterprise supply chain solutions and platforms.
  • Experience supporting learning and adoption across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Integrated Business Planning, Allocation and Replenishment, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or related supply chain capabilities.
  • Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or comparable OCM methodologies.
  • ATD, CPTD, Prosci, or comparable L&D/OCM certification.
  • Experience with learning management systems, digital learning platforms, content-authoring tools, or other learning technologies.
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS, AI-enabled, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and multi-region learning deployments.
  • Professional services, enterprise software, or management consulting experience.

Success means delivering scalable EUT programs that build workforce capability, enable adoption, and demonstrate measurable learning and business outcomes; building trusted client relationships; and developing strong EUT consultants. This role also advances Blue Yonder’s EUT capability through methodology development, reusable assets, emerging practices, talent development, and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
