Energy Storage Treasury Manager
Locations: FULLY REMOTE (Anywhere in the USA)

This is a business critical role that will oversee the daily administration, compliance, and reporting of the company’s corporate credit agreements and debt instruments. It also serves as a cross-functional liaison supporting accurate reconciliations, covenant compliance, and strategic financial planning aligned with corporate objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Renewables Treasury Manager (Credit and Debt Manager) - Corporate Credit Management: Administer all corporate credit agreements, ensuring compliance with terms, covenant monitoring, and effective lender communication. Manage loan activity, including draw requests, interest period changes, prepayments, and reconciliations of principal and interest.
- Renewables Treasury Manager (Credit and Debt Manager) - Reporting & Compliance: Prepare compliance certificates, calculate fees, and support quarterly and annual debt disclosures, audit confirmations, and due diligence requests. Provide credit-related documentation for audits and insurance renewals.
- Renewables Treasury Manager (Credit and Debt Manager) - Loan & Interest Accounting: Calculate and record interest on development-stage projects per capitalization policy. Support Accounting and FP&A teams in accurate interest reporting and inception-to-date project costs.
- Renewables Treasury Manager (Credit and Debt Manager) - Banking & Treasury Operations: Open and maintain bank accounts, ensure KYC compliance, manage issuance and tracking of letters of credit and surety bonds, and assist with investment of excess cash and short-term liquidity planning.
- Renewables Treasury Manager (Credit and Debt Manager) - Strategic Debt Support: Review credit facility documents on behalf of FP&A/Treasury, assist in evaluating refinancing and amendments, conduct ad hoc debt analysis and scenario modeling, and improve internal debt-related controls and workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or accounting, including 3–4+ years focused on corporate debt management and loan administration.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of credit agreements, GAAP accounting for debt and interest capitalization, and capital project accounting.
- Systems & Tools: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), treasury platforms, and credit agreement/debt management systems. Advanced Excel skills and solid command of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments with geographically dispersed, technical and non-technical teams.
- Execution & Judgment: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and exercising sound judgment with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to convey financial insights to diverse audiences.
