Why Casca?

Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do.

The Mission

Casca was founded by a team of Banking IT experts and AI researchers from Stanford University, Georgia Tech, and Goldman Sachs who believe that the future of banking is AI-native. Backed by Canapi, Y Combinator and top 100 US Banks, we're revolutionizing the $7T lending industry through GenAI systems - replacing the lending software banks have relied on for 30 years

This is your chance to be inside the room when America's biggest banks switch from legacy to AI. Loan processes that took months will take minutes — and you'll be the one making it happen. Join us in building something unprecedented.

What you'll do

As an Engagement Lead, you will translate ambitious AI capabilities into production systems inside major U.S. banks — owning executive alignment, delivery outcomes, expansion strategy, and risk management. You'll own the full arc of Casca's most critical client relationships — from first kickoff to go-live and beyond — serving as the strategic leader who keeps complex programs moving and turns successful deployments into expanding partnerships. You'll also turn what you learn in the field into what scales — working with Product to elevate recurring patterns into platform capabilities, and codifying lessons learned into a repeatable playbook that improves with every bank we onboard.
Ship the Product

  • Deploy Casca's AI loan origination platform inside Tier 1 banks — you own the outcome when legacy systems that took decades to build get replaced in months

  • Make the calls on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs — what gets accelerated, what gets descoped, and what gets escalated to Casca leadership

  • Remove roadblocks across bank and Casca teams — surface risks early, kill blockers fast, and keep complex multi-stakeholder programs moving.

  • Own ambiguity — when stakeholders conflict or requirements are murky, you resolve it, not escalate it

  • Own derisking at the portfolio level — observe patterns across engagements and act before issues compound

Evolve the Product

  • Partner with Product and engineering to translate client patterns into platform decisions — shape what becomes core product, what remains bespoke, and what must evolve for us to scale

  • Identify recurring gaps and systemic friction across engagements and translate them into roadmap direction

Build the Playbook

  • You're not following a deployment methodology — you're writing it. The frameworks you create will scale across every bank we onboard

  • Codify lessons learned, set standards, and build a repeatable deployment model that improves with every engagement

  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, compliance, legal, and bank leadership — turn what works into how we operate

Be the Client Wizard

  • Walk into rooms with senior banking executives as the authority on AI-powered lending — you'll know their systems, their pain points, and how to move them forward

  • Develop and drive the narrative around AI-native lending and digital transformation — help banks see what's possible and build conviction to get there

  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics and keep executive sponsorship strong throughout the engagement. Keep every stakeholder moving in the same direction, even when they don't agree on where that is

Build the Team

  • Mentor and develop the embedded Deployment Strategists working inside each bank engagement

  • Set the operating rhythm for the Casca side of each engagement — how your team communicates, escalates, and collaborates with engineering

  • Be the connective tissue between client teams and Casca leadership — you translate what's happening on the ground into decisions at the company level

What you bring

  • 4–6 years management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or deployment leadership experience at a top tech company

  • Proven track record managing large-scale software development and / or implementation projects ($5M+)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholder relationships in regulated or complex enterprise environments

  • Track record of building operational frameworks, playbooks, or delivery methodologies from the ground up

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across business, engineering, and compliance teams

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Bonus points

  • Background in fintech or lending industry

  • Experience with AI-related projects

  • Experience managing and developing a team in a client-facing or delivery context

  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup

  • MBA from a top-tier program

What you'll get:
  • Impact & Ownership: A unique opportunity to shape the future of banking through AI, owning end-to-end product initiatives.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a talented and passionate team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, benefits, and potential equity in a fast-growing startup.

  • Professional Growth: Access to resources and mentorship to expand your skill set, influence strategy, and accelerate your career.

  • Culture of Innovation: We encourage risk-taking, learning from failures, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.
