Position Summary
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking Engagement Managers to join its Launch Excellence (LEx) practice. Engagement Managers lead strategic launch engagements for life sciences clients, providing day-to-day oversight of client relationships, project teams, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. The role is focused on orchestrating cross-functional client teams through complex, often ambiguous commercialization journeys and ensuring engagements deliver against defined business outcomes.
Engagement Managers serve as the main client point of contact at the brand lead and VP level, set the operating pace for the engagement, and direct a group of Consultants and Associate Consultants. They also mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and help shape Trinity's launch methodology. The position offers qualified candidates broad exposure to high-impact launch programs across therapeutic areas.
Essential Functions
Serve as the day-to-day client and project point of contact for launch engagements, managing relationships at the brand lead / VP level or above.
Lead project teams end-to-end, including oversight of scope, timeline, budget, staffing, and quality of deliverables.
Structure ambiguous launch situations into clear workplans, governance, operating process, and decision frameworks for client leadership.
Ability to orchestrate cross-functional client teams across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to keep launch readiness on track.
Demonstrate strong in-person and on-camera presence when leading senior, diverse client audiences through rapidly evolving program updates.
Rapidly build credibility and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
Own the details by being deeply engaged in creating, tracking and refining cross-functional client launch plans that evolve rapidly over time.
Set and maintain the operating pace for the engagement, including project plans, governance, status reporting, and risk escalation.
Direct Consultants and Associate Consultants on research, analysis, stakeholder follow-ups, and deliverable production, ensuring quality and consistency
Generate and present client-ready materials, including workshop content, interim deliverables, and final recommendations.
Train and mentor junior staff on project teams and contribute to internal training and methodology development.
Support business development through proposal creation, including project methodology, timeline, and budget design.
Assist with project staffing decisions that balance team needs with the development goals of direct reports.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/PhD in a relevant life science topic preferred
Work Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant strategic roles within the life sciences industry, including direct experience supporting or leading launch or change initiatives for brand teams
Other Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing project teams and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships quickly in an evolving, fast-paced setting
Strong ownership orientation and ability to drive project deliverables to completion in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Not afraid to “roll-up the sleeves” and execute on project deliverables, leading the Trinity team by example
Comfort structuring undefined problems into clear plans, process flows, workstreams, and recommendations
Understanding of core commercial and medical functions, including marketing, market access, insights, and commercial operations
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines
An upbeat, positive and engaged demeanor with a drive to exceed client expectations
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with executive presence
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools preferred

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $136k-204k per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
