About AI Aspire:

Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, AI Aspire is Dr. Andrew Ng's advisory firm guiding enterprises through their AI transformation journeys. The firm is led day-to-day by its Managing Partner Kirsty Tan, whose deep enterprise consulting experience brings fresh leadership to the firm's mission of helping large organizations harness the power of AI. Our mission is to reshape global industry with AI, helping enterprises become the AI-native leaders of their industries - delivering real impact through integrity, expertise, and adaptability.

Through AI Aspire, Dr. Ng continues to leverage the flywheel effect of his broader ecosystem, including AI Fund and DeepLearning.AI, to accelerate responsible and effective AI adoption across industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will serve as the right hand to our Managing Partner, helping shape how some of the world's most influential organizations embrace and operationalize AI.

You will own client relationships from the inside out — building deep trust with senior leaders, orchestrating engagements end to end, and ensuring that every interaction with AI Aspire leaves a lasting impression. You are not just managing projects; you are helping transform how enterprises think about and act on AI.

This role is for someone who brings the strategic sharpness of a seasoned consultant, the interpersonal intelligence to navigate complex organizations, and the genuine curiosity of someone who is truly excited about what AI makes possible. If you want to work at the intersection of world-class enterprise relationships and one of the most important technology shifts of our time, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up.

  • Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

  • Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.

  • Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business.

  • Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications.

  • Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, or software, ideally at the Engagement Manager level or in a comparable role such as Technical Program Manager or Deployment Strategist.
  • A proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and successfully delivering complex technical or transformation projects from initial concept through full-scale adoption.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present in a boardroom, build trust with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations.
  • High technical acumen and a practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems. You actively use AI tools in your work and understand how AI can transform business operations.
  • A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, executable plans.
  • Experience driving organizational change, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and helping customers adopt new technologies and ways of working.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly and ambiguity is the norm.
  • A strong service mindset—you care deeply about client success, take ownership of outcomes, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
  • An AI-forward mindset with demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work, solve problems, and deliver outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience building with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and related AI platforms. You should be comfortable prototyping workflows, testing ideas, and using AI to create practical solutions—not just discussing AI at a strategic level.
  • Experience supporting sales, business development, or account growth, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into meaningful opportunities.
