About the Role:

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will serve as the right hand to our Managing Partner, helping shape how some of the world's most influential organizations embrace and operationalize AI.

You will own client relationships from the inside out — building deep trust with senior leaders, orchestrating engagements end to end, and ensuring that every interaction with AI Aspire leaves a lasting impression. You are not just managing projects; you are helping transform how enterprises think about and act on AI.

This role is for someone who brings the strategic sharpness of a seasoned consultant, the interpersonal intelligence to navigate complex organizations, and the genuine curiosity of someone who is truly excited about what AI makes possible. If you want to work at the intersection of world-class enterprise relationships and one of the most important technology shifts of our time, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up.

  • Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

  • Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.

  • Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business.

  • Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications.

  • Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Consulting background — ideally at the engagement manager or equivalent level at a top-tier consulting firm.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and delivering complex projects.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills — you can present to a boardroom and build trust with senior stakeholders.

  • Genuine interest in and working knowledge of AI — you use AI tools in your daily work and understand how they can transform business operations.

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm.

  • A servicing mindset — you genuinely care about client success and go above and beyond to deliver.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in AI, consulting or professional services.

  • Background in sales or business development.

  • Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, Claude Code, and related platforms.
