About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our US-based team across product engineering and infrastructure. You’ll manage a high-impact group while staying deeply technical - building AI products, scaling backend systems, and owning core infra stack. This is a builder-manager role with real ownership, tight feedback loops, and direct influence on product and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the full stack team building AI products and infra team supporting cloud and AI infrastructure.
  • Drive hands-on execution and architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, robustness, and customer obsession.
  • Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers who thrive in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers and other engineering teams to align initiatives with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the globally distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure global alignment and execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within your team.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong full-stack background with solid infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Strong hands-on coding ability in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing engineering team that delivers complex, high-quality products at scale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excited about building AI-powered products and infrastructure at scale
