We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our frontend and backend teams as we shape the future of AI-powered content creation.

You'll play a critical role in leading a team of 8-10 software engineers, driving technical excellence, and scaling our collaborative web application to serve millions of users.

This position is an onsite role in San Francisco with a mostly in person work culture. You'll be expected to come in to our Potrero Hill office 4-5 days per week with a schedule that works best for you.

We're looking for a leader who can balance technical vision with people management, helping us maintain our rapid pace of innovation while supporting the growth of our engineering talent.
