Lead engineering, product, and design operations by owning SDLC and sprint cadences, building dashboards and automations, coordinating launches, managing intake/triage workflows, improving onboarding, and driving cross-functional visibility and accountability.

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) with one unified system. We’re consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single, purpose-built platform and redefining what’s possible when all the data lives under one roof in the age of AI - this is a category-defining shift, not an incremental improvement.

We launched publicly in Feb 2026 and are 50 people and growing. We have strong early product-market fit, creating millions in ARR in only a few months post-launch. Opportunities exist in both scaling core systems and workflows, and building new cutting edge features from 0 to 1.

We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.

Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.

We're looking for an Engineering & Product Operations Lead to help scale how our product organization operates.

You'll work directly with the engineering and product leadership team to build the systems, processes, and operating cadence that help Engineering, Product, and Design move faster with more clarity and accountability and observability. One day you might be redesigning sprint planning, the next building a dashboard for executive visibility, coordinating a major launch, streamlining onboarding for new engineers, or eliminating a workflow that's wasting everyone's time.

This role is part operator, part builder, part strategist. You'll sit at the center of the EPD organization and help turn a fast-growing startup into a high-performing machine.

What you'll do:
  • Own core operating cadences including sprint and cycle planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, launch readiness, and SDLC processes.

  • Drive consistency across Engineering, Product, and Design while ensuring priorities, decisions, and accountability are visible across the organization.

  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking engineering velocity, roadmap progress, feature adoption, reliability, and customer issues.

  • Surface risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and help leadership make better decisions with clear data.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between EPD and go-to-market teams, translating product priorities into materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

  • Ensure customer feedback and field insights flow back into Product, and coordinate launch planning, communications, enablement, and rollout readiness.

  • Own intake and triage for bugs, feature requests, and technical debt, and identify and remove operational bottlenecks.

  • Build lightweight tooling and automations (Retool, Zapier, Linear, scripts, AI tools, etc.) and manage EPD tooling and vendors.

  • Own engineering onboarding and key team rituals (e.g., Engineering All Hands).

  • Help maintain a high-functioning, high-trust operating environment as the company scales.

What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of experience operating within Engineering, Product, or technical organizations at a high-growth startup.

  • Enjoys creating order from ambiguity while understanding startup dynamics.

  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution.

  • Highly organized without becoming process-heavy.

  • Able to build trust with engineers, product managers, designers, and executives.

  • Technical enough to understand engineering workflows and systems.

  • Enjoys building internal tools, automations, and dashboards.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactively notices inefficiencies and instinctively fixes them.

Location:
  • San Francisco. We're an in-person team - 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.
