Position Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive execution excellence across our engineering organization. This role partners closely with the Director of Engineering and technical leads to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across Frontend, Backend, Integrations, Platform, and Applied ML teams.

The Engineering Program Manager will play a central role in scaling our engineering operations as we expand across enterprise health systems and federal deployments. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong operational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes across engineering teams

  • Maintain visibility into engineering capacity, resource allocation, and workload balancing

  • Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams

  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage risks

  • Coordinate release planning and readiness activities

  • Partner with Product to ensure engineering has clear, actionable requirements

  • Prepare delivery status updates and executive-ready reporting

  • Improve engineering workflows, documentation, and operational processes

  • Support scaling initiatives as the engineering organization grows

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or similar roles

  • Experience managing complex software delivery across multiple engineering teams

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development practices

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-growing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience supporting regulated or federal deployments

  • Technical background in software engineering or systems

  • Experience working closely with ML-enabled systems

Technical Environment

  • ClickUp / GitHub / project tracking tools

  • AWS-based backend systems

  • ML-enabled application platforms

  • CI/CD pipelines and release management processes

  • Cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Compliance
