Our enterprise sales team is expanding, and we are seeking a seasoned, outcomes-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our acquisition team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to build net-new business in a market with strong momentum, helping enterprise organisations harness the full potential of their data and Snowflake’s platform for their cloud and AI ambitions. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing new logos across Malaysia, creating pipeline early, and delivering high-visibility, high-impact outcomes for customers.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Snowflake, you will:
  • Understand Snowflake’s evolving product and ecosystem, with a focus on AI capabilities, and conduct discovery calls, customised demos, and presentations for prospective customers.

  • Build and execute a territory strategy for Malaysia, identifying, creating, and progressing net-new opportunities across enterprise organisations.

  • Hunt for new strategic use cases by engaging both business and technology stakeholders, understanding their existing and future business and IT roadmap, and positioning Snowflake as a strategic platform for long-term data and AI transformation.

  • Focus on developing and deepening sales opportunities in your territory by proactively creating pipeline, building executive relationships, and championing high-value use cases.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving consistent activity, disciplined qualification, and strong pipeline development.

  • Work closely with Snowflake partners and internal cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance, to deliver value and accelerate deal progression.

Experience you will bring:
  • Deep field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.

  • A track record in securing new logos

  • Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within one of the following spaces Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science and/or AI/ML

  • A familiarity with solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organisation and contact management capabilities.

  • The ability to build our product and company like it’s your own, specifically defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic & financial targets, leveraging industry, partner & Go-to-Market knowledge

  • This ability to provide open, honest and respectful feedback creating an inclusive work environment

  • A reputation for Making Each Other Better: Resulting in long standing relationships with internal cross functional partners and the ability to create an inclusive work environment

  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.

  • Experience hitting multi million $ revenue targets on an annual basis.
