We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Enterprise Account Director, Financial Services to support the Sales organization. This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud’s mission to drive digital transformation for clients and enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, trusted partner—capable of managing complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborating across teams, and maintaining the high standards of professionalism and innovation that define InvoiceCloud’s culture.

- Drive new customer acquisition within the P&C Insurance Carrier and Financial Services markets through self-sourced leads, referrals, and web-based opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas by executing disciplined enterprise SaaS sales strategies and maintaining strong pipeline health
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of InvoiceCloud’s solutions
• Travel as needed to support onsite customer presentations, industry tradeshows, and internal sales meetings to advance opportunities
Customer-Centric
- Engage prospective customers to understand business challenges and develop tailored payment and billing solutions aligned to their needs
• Consult with clients throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor to guide decision-making and solution alignment
• Leverage strong listening, communication, and presentation skills to build credibility and long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Takes Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within a named account list and assigned territory
• Proactively partner withInvoiceCloud ecosystem partners to generate introductions, referrals, and new business opportunities
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, pipeline insights, and sales forecasting accuracy while maintaining data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of closing experience in enterprise IT or software sales
• Vertical expertise in P&C Insurance or Consumer Finance preferred
• Payment or billing software sales experience preferred
• Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or GAP Selling) preferred
• Proven track record of achieving quota and maintaining tenure at prior organizations
• Self-starter with high motivation, curiosity, and dedication to sales excellence
• Strong business acumen and professional presence
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation capabilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
