What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Visioning: Define and execute a well-defined sales strategy and roadmap for your accounts/territory to achieve your sales objectives and targets. This involves analysing market trends, competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, pipeline creation etc.

What You Bring (Must Haves)

  • Proven Track Record of 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a consistent history of achieving million-dollar + deals in sales.

  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations that protect deal margins while securing long-term, multi-year client commitments - You don't just "discount" to win; you trade value.
  • Expertise in identifying the "Economic Buyer," the "Technical Champion," and the "Hidden Saboteurs”  and using your influencing skills to build a consensus across the client organization.
  • Gravitas to hold your own in a boardroom of C-suite executives, influencing their digital transformation roadmap by tying loyalty technology to their overarching business valuation and "BIT" (Behavior, Influence, Transaction) goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.

Why LJI?

  • Innovative Product: Sell a platform that is consistently recognized for its Advanced Loyalty Tech and recognized by leading Industry Analysts.
