As a Corporate Account Executive at Perceptyx, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with corporate prospects (<8,000 employee threshold) to effectively position Perceptyx’s portfolio of products, solve complex enterprise business problems, and generate new business revenue growth.
This is a full-lifecycle, consultative sales role where you will manage accounts from initial outreach through contract negotiation and execution. - Prospecting & Sales Cycle Management: Identify, engage, and manage corporate prospects, running full-funnel sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored territory and account plans to drive pipeline velocity, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Consultative & Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand prospect pain points, positioning Perceptyx's product suite as an indispensable solution for employee engagement and performance.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key executive stakeholders across HR, Operations, and C-suite leadership.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial business agreements that set customers up for long-term success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Development (SDRs), Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer acquisition experiences.
- Pipeline Governance & Reporting: Maintain pristine CRM records (Salesforce), deliver accurate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Experience: 5–7 years of B2B SaaS account executive experience, specifically owning end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Sales Track Record: Consistent history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas quarter-over-quarter (QoQ).
- Consultative & Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in consultative/solution-based selling, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to manage territory performance.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and negotiating with executive decision-makers.
- Strategic & Adaptable Mindset: Strong organizational skills to balance multiple complex opportunities simultaneously in a fast-moving, evolving market environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) or equivalent practical experience.

Salary Range:
- US: $100,000 USD Base + $100,000 variable
- Canada: $120,000 CAD Base + variable
- Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
