Enterprise Account Executive (Medical Device Sales) – Daybreak Sleep

Role Overview: Join a dentist-founded mission to bring simple, life-changing sleep apnea care to millions—no masks, no machines, no sleep labs. As an Enterprise Account Executive in Daybreak’s Professional channel, you will identify, close, and grow referral partnerships with sleep clinics, pulmonologists, ENT offices, primary care physicians, DME providers, wellness companies, and MSOs—delivering our clinically proven at-home sleep test and custom oral appliance therapy to patients who deserve real restful sleep.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and outreach new partnership opportunities with sleep clinics, pulmonologists, ENT offices, primary care physicians, DME providers, wellness companies, and MSOs

  • Conduct video and face-to-face meetings and presentations to educate on and sell Daybreak's devices, supplies, and services

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed monthly and quarterly targets

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support partnership launch, patient compliance programs, and ongoing education

  • Represent the company at conferences, and events

  • Assist in managing client accounts in collaboration with our patient support team, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth processes from onboarding to retention

  • Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact via phone, email, and meetings

  • Provide insights and recommendations cross-functionally to other teams based on client feedback

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors, help gather market data for strategic planning and client presentations

Who Thrives Here

  • 2-5 years of outside sales and/or account management experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare services

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage conversations with key stakeholders of various seniority levels; excellent written and verbal communication

  • Problem-solving focus, anticipating client needs and proposing solutions

  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented, manages time effectively, prioritizes tasks, and follow through on commitments

  • Collaborative attitude, works well with teams both internal and external to reach common goals

  • Knowledge of sleep apnea treatment is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Work Environment & Travel

  • Primarily field-based with regional travel to provider offices and patient sites (>50% travel)

  • Occasional overnight travel for meetings or conferences may be required

Location Preference

We are prioritizing candidates based in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Mid-South, and Southwest regions to support regional partnership development, territory alignment, and field engagement.

$310k OTE
