Enterprise Account Executive – DME

Role Overview

Join Daybreak's mission to make life-changing sleep apnea care more accessible through innovative, clinically proven solutions. As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the DME channel, you will identify, close, and grow partnerships with durable medical equipment (DME) providers and regional DME organizations, helping expand access to Daybreak's at-home sleep testing and custom oral appliance therapy. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through implementation—and serve as a trusted partner to drive long-term account success and revenue growth.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new partnerships with regional and national DME providers

  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate prospective partners on Daybreak's solutions and referral model

  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution and successful launch

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Partner with clinical, operations, implementation, and patient support teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing partner success

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within DME organizations, serving as a trusted strategic advisor

  • Represent Daybreak at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner experience, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges

  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help shape commercial strategy and product development

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation

Who Thrives Here
  • 2–5 years of enterprise sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably selling into DME providers, healthcare organizations, or medical device companies

  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence decision-makers

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach

  • Experience with sleep medicine, respiratory care, DME, or healthcare services is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

Work Environment & Travel
  • Primarily field-based with regional travel to DME partner locations (50%+ travel)

  • Occasional overnight travel for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events

Location Preference

We are prioritizing candidates based in the Southern United States, including the Southeast, South Central, and Southwest regions, to support regional partnership development, territory alignment, and field engagement. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent regional travel.

Compensation

$310,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped earning potential.
