Instead of brittle workflows and traditional RPA, Kognitos enables businesses to automate operations using natural language and AI-powered reasoning. We help enterprises deploy intelligent automation that scales across finance, operations, compliance, and back-office workflows.

We’re looking for an experienced enterprise seller who understands both AI and the financial services landscape. This role is ideal for someone excited about helping banks, fintechs, insurers, and finance teams adopt next-generation AI automation.

This is an opportunity to join an early, fast-growing company and play a foundational role in building the GTM motion for AI within financial services.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close

  • Build relationships with executives across finance, operations, technology, and transformation teams

  • Educate prospects on how Kognitos uses AI and natural language automation to modernize enterprise workflows

  • Identify high-value automation opportunities within financial organizations

  • Navigate technical, compliance, and security conversations with enterprise stakeholders

  • Partner closely with solutions engineering and product teams during evaluations and pilots

  • Develop pipeline through strategic outbound, networking, partnerships, and industry events

  • Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and product-market fit within financial services

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience

  • Experience selling into financial services organizations including banking, fintech, insurance, or investment firms

  • Background selling AI, automation, workflow, infrastructure, data, or enterprise platform solutions

  • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals

  • Strong consultative and executive communication skills

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships within financial services organizations

  • Experience selling AI copilots, automation platforms, RPA, or workflow transformation tools

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption challenges including governance, compliance, and security

  • Prior startup or founding sales experience

  • Technical fluency around APIs, LLMs, or enterprise systems
