We're now expanding our go-to-market motion with Chargeflow Connect, a product that enables fintech platforms, PSPs, and payment providers to embed AI-powered chargeback automation directly into their own products. This is a high-impact, greenfield opportunity to contribute to a new revenue line from the ground up.
Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker
We're looking for a Senior Enterprise AE to own and drive new business for Chargeflow Connect. This is a pure sales role; you'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and closing complex, high-value deals with fintech platforms, payment providers, and ecosystem players across the payments landscape.
You'll report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with Product and Marketing to sharpen our go-to-market as we scale.
Your Arena:
- Own the full sales cycle for Chargeflow Connect - from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close
- Identify and target high-value prospects, including PSPs, ISVs, MORs, PayFacs, orchestration platforms, and fraud vendors
- Build and maintain a strong, self-sourced pipeline through outbound hunting, ecosystem engagement, and your existing network
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial deals, including integrations and partnership agreements
- Represent Chargeflow at industry events and in the broader payments ecosystem to drive visibility and inbound interest
- Feed market and customer insights back to Product to help shape the Chargeflow Connect roadmap
What It Takes:
- 3-5 years of experience in online payments or fraud prevention, and a strong technical understanding of how online payments work - Must
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals - Must
- A warm, established network across PSPs, fintech platforms, and the broader payments ecosystem
- A genuine hunter mentality - you're comfortable building a pipeline from scratch and thrive in an outbound-led environment
- Technical fluency with payment technology, APIs, and platform integration models
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Startup DNA - you're energized by ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership
