As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing the customer base and closing net-new logos for Infisical’s secrets management platform. We are building the #1 open-source security infrastructure stack, and you will play a defining role in growing it!

About this Role

You will be working closely with our CEO and the rest of the team on:

  • Using innovative sales tools to map, prospect, follow and close your accounts.

Overall, you’re going to be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale to thousands of customers over the next 18 months.

About You

This job will require you to have the following pivotal skills:

  • Experience selling software to a technical audience (bonus: knowledge and experience with open source, security, and/or infrastructure sales)

  • Demonstrated experience in scaling sales operations from the ground up, including setting up sales processes, CRM systems, and building a sales team.

  • Credibility, and ability to craft compelling cases for change.

  • Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder sales (e.g., IC engineer, director, executive leadership).

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco.

How You Will Grow

With this role, you play the defining role in:

  • Scaling Infisical to 1,000s of customers over the next 18 months.

  • Having an opportunity to work with a wide range of companies – from modern AI startups to Fortune 10 companies.

  • Defining Infisical’s sales strategy for various geographies, industries, and customer segments.

  • Directly participating in setting Infisical’s product roadmap by gathering customer feedback and insights.

Team, Values & Benefits

Our team brings experience from companies like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. We operate primarily as a remote team but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. We also get together in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.

At Infisical, we’re proud to offer:

  • Competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Free lunch stipend

  • Offsites + team gatherings (last offsite's in Tokyo and Bali)

  • Health, Dental, & Vision plans

  • Generous equipment, software, & work setup stipend

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
