Alpharun is an applied AI company helping enterprises like New Day, Mutual of Omaha, and Chapter drive sales. Our platform turns the behaviors of top sellers into AI Playbooks, coaches every rep against those standards, and deploys autonomous voice agents to execute repeatable workflows.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging high-value prospects through discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to sell a transformative product, not simply inherit a playbook. You’ll develop deep expertise in our customers’ businesses, translate complex operational problems into compelling business cases, and help shape our product and go-to-market strategy through what you learn in the field.

We’ll be most excited if you have

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, including experience closing complex enterprise deals.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • The ability to generate your own pipeline rather than relying exclusively on inbound demand.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and the ability to become fluent in a technical, rapidly evolving product.
  • A track record of succeeding in environments with significant ambiguity, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the people around you.
