About Hyde

Hyde builds specialist models and agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows. Our training and inference platform extracts proprietary data, deep institutional context, and enterprise dark matter to create models that reason like an enterprise's best operators, improving with every run.

We believe the next frontier of AI isn't generalist models, but specialist ones that redefine what's possible in a given domain. Getting there requires sophisticated post-training, alignment, and reinforcement learning paradigms to make agents reliably perform complex tasks in real enterprise environments. We are already doing this with Global 500s and large AI natives.

We are a fast-growing, talent-dense team of AI researchers who built frontier open models at DeepMind, early FDEs who shaped Palantir's commercial business, IOI medalists, and organizational strategists from McKinsey. You will be joining a 30+ person team based across NYC, London, and Mumbai, backed by Bain Capital Ventures and General Catalyst.

About the role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive. You’ll work directly with the Founders to accelerate growth and scale Hyde’s Enterprise GTM motion. You’ll play a key role in refining the company narrative, scaling the GTM playbook, influencing the product direction and driving sales conversations with CXOs at F500 enterprises. This is a pivotal moment to capture a nascent but exploding market.

What you'll do
  • Refine Hyde’s narrative, right to win and ICP, shaped by industry research, market signals and current success

  • Own a revenue target and the full sales cycle for Hyde, from prospecting to close and expansion

  • Drive new logo acquisition by generating a pipeline through warm introductions, targeted outreach, and your own network, while expanding existing accounts

  • Lead sales calls with CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI at F500 enterprise customers and AI-native tech companies, including partnering with Hyde’s AI builders to run technical demos

  • Refine the GTM playbook and codify learnings into a scalable process as the team grows

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers by deeply understanding their pain points and AI-deployment opportunities, co-innovate on solutions and provide clear recommendations

  • Represent Hyde at events and conferences, establishing strong relationships and pitching Hyde to potential customers

  • Work cross-functionally with Hyde’s product, engineering and research team by bringing back market insights that inform product direction and positioning

Who you are

You're a builder who thrives in high-growth environments. You are excited to refine the GTM playbook and you want to directly shape how the company sells. You are a consultative seller with deep technical expertise that counsels enterprise executives and builds trust-based relationships quickly.

  • 5+ years of experience in closing enterprise sales, ideally in B2B enterprise software or an AI-native company, selling to senior enterprise stakeholders e.g., CTOs, CIOs, Head of AI, with consistent quota attainment

  • Deep technical acumen and ability to articulate technical concepts such as post-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, GPU infra and latency to different stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of enterprise pricing and economics of AI deployment

  • Experience at an early-stage company where you helped shape the sales motion and playbook

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator and relationship builder who simplifies complex concepts, earns executive sponsorship, and champions customer success

  • Strong industry connections with the ability to prospect and build a comprehensive pipeline independently

You might also have:

  • A non-traditional path into sales - management consulting, product marketing, founder backgrounds welcomed

Compensation
  • $220,000 -$280,000 OTE (base + commission) depending on seniority/experience

  • Meaningful early stage equity

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees

  • Company-facilitated 401(k)

  • Flexible PTO policy

  • Housing and wellness subsidies

Location

Located in or willing to relocate to New York. Willing to travel to customer locations around US, UK, APAC
