The Role

We're looking for founding Enterprise AEs who are excited to sell Rowspace to some of the most sophisticated buyers in finance — CIOs, heads of firms, and managing directors at top-tier private equity firms, credit managers, and institutional allocators. You will own the entire sales cycle from sourcing to close, helping us define our broader sales process along the way.

We are in a fun, intense early-stage environment. This role requires high agency and a builder's mindset. You won't be inheriting anything; you will be working side-by-side with our founders to build the GTM machine from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales process end to end — lead gen, discovery, demo, close.

  • Refine our ICP. Understand how prospects work and why, and position Rowspace as a genuine thought partner.

  • Build the foundational sales processes and infrastructure that set us up for scale.

  • Share market signal with product and engineering — what resonates, what blocks deals, what prospects wish existed.

  • Partner with Deployment Managers on warm handoffs post-close and support expansion conversations.

  • Help hire, onboard, and mentor future AEs as the team grows.

What You Have
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally as a closer.

  • 3–7+ years of experience — tech sales, finance, or consulting, but you live for building pipeline from scratch.

  • High agency — you figure things out without waiting for a playbook.

  • Energized by complex organizations — you map stakeholders, build champions, read rooms, and find the path to yes.

  • Intellectually curious and comfortable going deep — credit underwriting, data security, tailoring a pitch to a CTO vs. a portfolio manager.

  • Strong communicator — sharp cold emails, engaging demos, and you hold your own with senior finance professionals.

  • Familiarity with financial services is a plus.

Perks & Benefits
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Future Planning: 401(k) plan including employer match on contributions made while employed by Rowspace

  • Food & Fuel: Monthly commuter stipend, plus free daily lunch and a fully stocked snack bar in the office

  • Team Culture: Regular team offsites to bond and strategize away from the desk
