A successful Enterprise Account Executive at Würk will lead effective enterprise pipeline creation and management, relationship building and negotiating with prospects to close. Working closely with a Business Development Representative, Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Implementation, and Marketing, this person will inform and execute on closing deals, maintaining Salesforce CRM with prospect and customer data, and forecasting. The right candidate will identify new opportunities to build pipeline and build upon the Würk brand to meet their sales quota of net new closed business.

Responsibilities 

  • Cultivate Pipeline. You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and increasing your own sales pipeline through effective outbound efforts and engaging the correct stakeholders.
  • Showcase the Würk Value/Solution/Brand. Become an expert in uncovering challenges that our prospective clients face. Through a product presentation, you will show how Würk solves their challenges, addresses their concerns, and helps their company grow.
  • Increase client retention through identifying future upsell opportunities and working closely with Customer Success Managers to support current clients.
  • Close Business. Drive revenue by studying and navigating the customer buying process, engaging internal and external key stakeholders, and ultimately securing a signed agreement.
  • Manage complex, enterprise sales processes, driving growth through high-impact, large account deals.
  • Additional duties and job responsibilities may be assigned or change, at the Company's discretion.
  • Some travel is required.

Required Skill Sets and Experience 

  • 4-year degree or equivalent business experience
  • 7-9 years of technology sales experience, selling Enterprise Software
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Relevant references to attest to pipeline generation and sales quota attainment
  • Experience selling Human Resources Information System or Human Capital Management software
  • Experience in selling Software as a Service

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • HubSpot
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Effective remote technical skills for presenting and being client facing

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location. This position qualifies for an additional variable compensation plan.
