About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will own enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent Addition Wealth across the market. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual contributor who thrives in complex sales cycles, is excited to spend significant time in the market, and can build momentum through conferences, events, and direct industry engagement. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to help expand Addition Wealth’s presence across the financial services landscape.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Drive new business growth by sourcing, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, qualifying opportunities, and advancing deals through complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Represent Addition Wealth in the market through a strong presence at conferences, industry events, and meetings with senior stakeholders to generate opportunities and deepen relationships.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes to drive long-term partnership value.
  • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, identify market opportunities, and support go-to-market efforts across priority segments.
  • Maintain market intelligence by tracking buyer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to help shape outreach and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a strong prospect experience and alignment throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients in the financial institution or benefits ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles while balancing deal progression and conversion with top-of-funnel activity to maintain consistent pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive pressures
  • Established network of industry relationships with clients and stakeholders you have successfully engaged and worked with previously
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, industry events, and client meetings
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large organizations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers
  • Strong operational discipline, including maintaining CRM hygiene, managing pipeline reporting, and independently creating high-quality decks and presentations to support sales conversations and internal updates.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: We know it’s a competitive market out there, and we offer competitive salaries to our employees
  • 401(k) & Employer Match: As a financial health company, we want you to maximize your personal finances. This starts with great retirement savings plans and a match to help you meet your goals.
  • Work from anywhere: We're remote first with a home base in NY.
  • Health insurance & wellness benefits: Flexible healthcare options, including dental and vision, as well as healthcare FSA account.
  • Equity compensation: As an early stage and equity forward company, we have an employee friendly equity plan with outsized equity compared to big tech companies.
  • Generous parental leave: You shouldn't have to choose between work and your family. We recognize the importance of paid parental leave.
  • Unlimited vacation: We believe in sustainable hustle, not burnout. Unlimited vacation days with plenty of company holidays.
  • Company offsites: Team culture is core to our success. As a remote first company, we host regular team events and offsites to keep our team tight knit and fun!
  • Unlimited access to financial professionals: Need advice on your personal finances or taxes? Our Financial Pros are available to you, always.
