What You’ll Own (and Ace)

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are a strategic hunter responsible for bringing TestMu AI’s agentic intelligence to the world’s largest organizations. You will navigate complex sales cycles, build relationships with engineering leaders, and drive high-value partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Growth: Identifying and targeting enterprise-level prospects through sophisticated outbound efforts, including high-level networking and targeted campaigns.

Full-Cycle Mastery: Building and maintaining a robust pipeline, managing the entire sales journey from initial prospecting to high-stakes closing.

Solution Selling: Collaborating with internal technical teams to develop tailored AI-native solutions that solve critical business bottlenecks for clients.

Value Demonstration: Conducting expert-level product demonstrations that showcase our value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.

Deal Architecture: Negotiating complex contract terms and pricing agreements to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Forecasting Excellence: Providing meticulous updates on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue projections.

 

 

✅ Sales & Industry Expertise:

6–8 years of outbound sales and self-prospecting experience, specifically targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.

A proven track record of selling SaaS or Cloud-based solutions, ideally within the software testing or DevTool industry.

The ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CXO, VP Engineering, DevOps Leads).

✅ Communication & Professionalism:

Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts with clarity and impact.

A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset—you thrive in high-stakes environments and work effectively both independently and as part of a pod.

Strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

✅ Bonus Skills:

Direct experience working for a DevTool company.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
