Enterprise Account Executive — Texas/Chicago (South / Midwest)

The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive you’ll own a geographic territory (example: Atlanta / Southeast or Chicago / Midwest), build a predictable pipeline, and close new enterprise customers. You’ll run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Implementation and Customer Success, and be measured on quota attainment and territory growth. Reports to the CRO. Travel ~20%.
What you’ll do

· Own territory strategy and a named account list.

· Prospect, qualify, and create a steady pipeline via outbound, events, partnerships and ABM.

· Lead discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations and contracts with execs across operations, finance, IT and procurement.

· Build mutual action plans to close complex deals and navigate procurement/legal/security reviews.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and a best-in-class buying experience.

· Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; represent FEXA at industry events.

You bring

· 5–10 years quota-carrying sales experience (enterprise software preferred).

· Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

· Strong prospecting, executive presence and commercial judgment.

· Excellent communicator, organized, and comfortable with a disciplined sales process.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range

140,000 - 160,000 + Commission
