Company Overview

Agility PR Solutions is a global leader in media intelligence and PR technology. Founded in 2003, we help communications teams around the world drive awareness, make smarter decisions, and protect their reputation when it matters most. Our enterprise-grade platform unifies media relations, media monitoring, social listening, AI visibility, and media intelligence into a single seamless system—turning overwhelming streams of coverage and conversation into decision-ready intelligence. Recognized for ease of use, results, and customer support, Agility is one of the most trusted names in media intelligence. Our mission is to empower the voices that shape the world's narratives, and we're looking for people who want to help us do it.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of Agility's largest and most strategic clients, with a primary mandate to grow those accounts, expanding revenue, deepening product adoption, and broadening Agility's footprint across the organization. Acting as a trusted executive advisor, you'll build relationships with C-suite and senior leadership, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and lead sophisticated account strategies that turn satisfied customers into expanding, multi-year partners.

You'll be joining a company with more than 20 years of industry expertise, helping communications, PR, and marketing teams solve real business challenges through media intelligence, monitoring, and AI-powered insights.

This is a relationship-driven, growth-focused role where success is measured by net revenue expansion across your portfolio. You'll inherit an established book of enterprise accounts and be responsible for identifying, building, and closing upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year expansion opportunities, alongside protecting the base through strong renewal outcomes.

Reporting to the Managing Director, UK, you'll serve as the strategic and commercial owner of your accounts, with growth as your north star. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, you'll uncover whitespace within existing organizations, build the business case for expansion, and lead your accounts toward their next stage of investment in Agility.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on account growth — who sees every enterprise relationship as a portfolio of untapped opportunity, enjoys navigating complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments, and is energized by hitting expansion targets, not just retention numbers.

What you’ll do

As a key member of our Enterprise Account Management team, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, with growth as your primary objective — while ensuring retention as the foundation that makes growth possible.

Drive Account Growth

  • Serve as the primary strategic and commercial relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with net revenue expansion as your core success metric.
  • Build and execute account growth plans that map whitespace, identify new buying centers, and outline a multi-year path to expand Agility's footprint within each organization.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and lead upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product expansion opportunities across departments and business units.
  • Lead complex, multi-year contract negotiations and renewal discussions, structuring deals that maximize long-term account value for both the client and Agility.
  • Deliver executive business reviews (EBRs) that quantify value delivered, tie platform impact to client business outcomes, and build the case for continued investment and expansion.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, multi-quarter pipeline of expansion opportunities across your portfolio, with disciplined forecasting of growth revenue.
  • Own quota attainment for expansion and renewal revenue across a concentrated portfolio of high-value accounts.

Strategic Partnership & Executive Engagement

  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers, expanding relationships beyond the original champion into new stakeholders and departments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's evolving business priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational structure to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic, boardroom-level conversations that connect Agility's expanding solution set to clients' long-term goals.
  • Navigate multi-threaded, multi-department buying environments — including procurement, legal, and security — to structure and close expansion deals.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, who lead onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day engagement, while you own account strategy, growth planning, and executive relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, bringing insights, benchmarking data, and best practices that position Agility as essential to the client's growth, not just a vendor to retain.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, multi-quarter growth and renewal forecasts in Salesforce, providing leadership visibility into expansion pipeline, account health, and risk.
  • Track portfolio performance against growth and retention targets, with a clear view of net revenue retention (NRR) by account.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies for high-potential accounts, and mitigation plans for at-risk accounts that could limit expansion.
  • Provide leadership with account-level insights that inform growth strategy, revenue planning, and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Orchestrate cross-functional "deal teams" — Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing — around growth opportunities in top accounts.
  • Partner with Product to align account growth strategies with the product roadmap, identifying which upcoming capabilities unlock expansion in specific accounts.
  • Work with Marketing to develop account-based marketing initiatives, executive events, and content that support expansion motions.
  • Advocate for customer feedback internally, helping shape product direction in ways that create new growth vectors within your accounts.
  • Contribute to a seamless customer experience by aligning internal teams around each account's growth trajectory.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise account management, growth, or strategic sales experience within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of expanding accounts (upsell, cross-sell, multi-year renewals).
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding expansion/growth revenue targets, not just retention.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, including navigating procurement, legal, and security review processes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics (NRR, expansion ARR, whitespace analysis) and value-based, consultative selling.
  • Exceptional executive presence — communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to build compelling business cases and translate account data into growth strategy.
  • Experience with enterprise sales/growth methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools; experience with customer success and account-planning platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable managing a concentrated portfolio of high-value strategic accounts in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
