As an Enterprise Account Representative, you are a foundational member of the Enterprise team, supporting broker relationships and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience across the wholesale channel. This role is designed as a growth opportunity for individuals entering or expanding within the mortgage industry. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to broker engagement, loan-level support, and operational coordination while working closely with senior team members. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and support day-to-day execution directly contributes to team efficiency and broker satisfaction.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary support contact for broker inquiries under the guidance of the Enterprise Account Executive
  • Provide timely, professional communication to brokers, loan officers, and processors
  • Manage inbound requests and assist with resolving routine questions, escalating more complex issues appropriately
  • Support outbound broker engagement efforts using CRM tools and communication platforms
  • Accurately log all broker interactions, requests, and follow-ups within the CRM
  • Assist in distributing product updates, rate changes, and program information to brokers
  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing and informational materials
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to assist with loan-level support and ensure smooth workflows
  • Maintain organized records and ensure strong attention to detail across all tasks
  • Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet team deadlines and support overall productivity
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and actively learning from senior team members
  • Build foundational knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and the wholesale channel
  • Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned
🎯 What You Bring
  • Foundational experience in customer service, support, or relationship-focused roles
  • Must have 3 years Mortgage experience
  • Strong interest in learning mortgage products, programs, and the wholesale lending environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and standard business tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Receptiveness to coaching, feedback, and continuous development
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
📆 A Day in the Life

Your day may include:

  • Responding to broker inquiries and providing support on basic loan or process-related questions
  • Logging and tracking all interactions within the CRM to ensure visibility and follow-up
  • Assisting with outreach efforts to maintain broker engagement
  • Sharing product updates, rate changes, and program information with brokers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support loan-level questions or requests
  • Organizing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the Enterprise Account Executive with daily priorities and workflow management
  • Participating in team meetings to stay aligned and continue learning
