Advisory & Governance
  • Act as an enterprise advisor for customers’ digital manufacturing or IT/OT modernization programs.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to integration engineers and partner consultants.
  • Participate in strategic customer discussions, roadmap planning, and proof-of-concept reviews.
  • Establish repeatable architecture patterns, integration templates, and deployment models to scale Seeq implementations.
Center of Excellence & Internal Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and communicate product enhancement opportunities.
  • Advise internal teams on how new or emerging technologies (lakehouse, unified namespace, digital twins) can be incorporated into Seeq’s strategy.
Customer & Partner Collaboration
  • Represent Seeq as the technical leader during joint solution development efforts.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for complex enterprise deployments.
  • Provide architectural mentorship to customer IT/OT teams and ensure solutions adhere to enterprise IT policies.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in solution, systems, or enterprise architecture within industrial software or manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT integration patterns, including industrial data historians, MES, IoT, and cloud data ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Ability to architect complex systems and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with time series data, enterprise architectures, and analytical tools such as Seeq, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with OSIsoft PI / Aveva, IP.21, OPC UA, MQTT, Kafka, InfluxDB.
  • Experience integrating real-time data with cloud or GIS systems (e.g., ArcGIS, Azure Maps).
  • Exposure to manufacturing digitalization or Industry 4.0 programs.
  • Experience in a consultative, customer-facing role within a SaaS or hybrid-cloud environment.
Role Characteristics
  • Provides architecture direction and technical oversight, but capable of limited hands-on work for complex issues.
  • Understands what each technology category contributes and how to combine them effectively.
  • Focused on building reusable frameworks and mentoring others.
  • Translates between SMEs, IT, and business leaders for business-aligned architecture.
